I want to edit my mp3s to 15 – 30 seconds so I can set them as ringtones on my cellie. I’ve tried a few, but they’re just scams to get you to pay in the end.

go to download.com and find mp3 splitter. i’ve used that before to make some short mp3 ring tones and it’s soooo cool! you can even mix different songs like medley.
and by the way, it is a free software! =)
