I bought a small MP3 2GB Video Player and it says it can hold up to 500 songs or 8 hours of video. I don’t know how true that is yet, but my question is when it says it can do up to 8 hours of video, does that mean you can possibly put a movie on it and HEAR it also? Or does it usually mean just video of your baby crawling around or something with no sound? Like on a lot of digital cameras? Please help?

8 hours of vid with nothing else on the player and yes that is with sound as the sound is embedded in the file with the video.
this also depends on the compression of the video and the quality……so your mileage may vary
