I need to get some free ringtones sent to my phone and I don’t want to pay that 9.99 moth subscription like every website has. Does anyone have a good web site that has GOOD free ringtones with out any of those stupid scam things?

surely u don’t need to pay monthly subscription.
there are lots of ringtone creating softwares,though many of them are shareware,at least one time payment.and you see they all have trial period,you can use for nearly one month,i think you can get your ringtone

if your looking good place for ringtones it should have good quality sound,safe and support your carrier.if you want you could also create your own ringtones using ringtone maker and transfer to your phone using usb cord or card reader.

and any other phone company you can search through the selections of
tones or songs and send to your cell
make your own ringtone, search for mp3 file that you want. download free ringtone converter or any audio converter it’s will do for you.
but it’s ilegal.
if you want legit content then you have to pay.
