What is the best software that will convert mp3 or mp4 to real tones for your cell phone.?
I need the software to be able to support a razor v3m. I tried one called pix and tunes and it sent it my phone but would not let me assgin the songs to a contact. And I never could get any help with this problem thru customer support.
