we are looking in buying a 13 year old girl an ipod and came across a Walkman 4GB* Video MP3 Player ? The sony is way cheaper what is the difference and which is better? any advise

If your daughter is just going to be uploading cd’s on to her mp3 player then go for the much cheaper walkman but if she is going to be downloading songs etc by her the ipod it’s very simple and hassle free.
well you can get an iPod that has video playback. Also, if you get an Ipod classic with video playback, the smallest space is actually 80GB. The iPod has much more space then any other portable music player. You can also download games and programs for iPods from the iPod store. I paid quite a lot for my ipod and it’s been well worth it.
