And since it’s Jack, it’s to be expected that he’d give the video a weird, fantasy feel.
Since the song’s about having a feminine/soft/weak appearance, but still being able to hold your own ground and fight for yourself (in other words, don’t judge a book by its cover), I’d have to guess that’s the reason for the female belly dancers doubling as deadly assassins. The Press/Terrorist scene seems to relate to the fact that the media is well-known for judging on appearances alone, taking only the surface facts to contrive an entire image of a person.
The belly dancing’s pretty cool but the guy looks like a rapist and i can’t figure out what this songs about in the least bit.
