I want to install an aftermarket stereo in my new car but i am planning to use an MP3 player to listen to my music in the car. What should I look for in a new stereo that would allow me to easily do this? I dont have an ipod and am not planning to buy or use one with my new stereo, my mp3 player would just be a regular one. I have seen aftermarket stereos with auxilary inputs in the front but most of them have them in the rear. Is this what I would use to connect my mp3 player to? does anybody listen to their mp3s in their cars a different way or have any ideas?

You can get a fm modulator that plugs into mp3 headphone jack, all you need to do then is tune car radio to a certain station, and it will play what your mp3 is playing, they have come down in price and you can probably get one for under 20.00.Radio shack, walmart, target,or ebay carry them,I have personally used BELKIN,and it is pretty good.
