I just deleted a music file off my mp3 player and i didn’t have it saved on my hard drive. How do I get it back?

This answer assumes your MP3 player isn’t DRM’d – doesn’t use digital rights management. If so, forget it. If you can display the files on the player, then there is hope.
Likely the player uses a FAT file format, so an old Norton Unerase or similar utility will find and restore it – unless there has been any activity since the erasure.
Take your pick from http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Best/unerase-utility.html or others out there. Just search Google for "fat unerase utility".
Good luck!
