Yes Im trying to find a software besides Window Player or Real Player casue it wont work so whats another free software i can find to download my mp3’s.

You do not use software to put mp3’s
on to an mp3 player,
you open the mp3 player using windows explorer
then just drag and drop the files
in to the player, just as if it was a folder on your computer.
