I had tried going to call sounds but it only gives me the option of using and playing the ringtones.
There isn’t any options button. The only way I can think of to getting to my ring tones are going to tools to sound settings to call sounds to call ring tone which takes me to my ring tones that only give me the option to ok it as a ring tone or listen to it. There has to be a way to delete it. I’m just not that phone savvy to figure it out.

Do you have the OPTIONS option when you are viewing the ringtones? If so, when you select the ringtone you want to remove, click on OPTIONS, then there should be an option to ERASE.
