When I use my phone along with the bluetooth headset, it will only ring with the factory ringtone (that old boring ring ring). I’ve tried to send my personalized ringtones from my phone to the bluetooth, but the phone will either say "no device found" or "unable to connect." Anyone have any tips?

I’m assuming when you aren’t using your bluetooth headset that the ringtone is different? (the one that you chose).
Look in your phone for a menu selection called ringtones, profiles, connectivity, or bluetooth setup. One of them should have a place to change your ringtone when using bluetooth.
