Hi all, I have recently created custom ringtones using Mac’s GarageBand. I imported those ringtones into my iTunes library and synched my iPhone. How do I get to these ringtones and be able to use them on my phone? I already tried going into "ringtones" on my phone and tried to find them under "iPod" but they are not showing up in either place.
Help!

Go to ,Settings then sounds, then Ringtones, then you will see custom sounds. If they are not there then you have not converted the correctly. I got my 1st ever iPhone 4 last week and I found a video on Youtube that was so easy to follow and only takes a few minutes to create ringtones. ♥http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pJk2waitMTQ

crop it online with their free step by step page
send it to your phone or download the free ringtone file
Make sure that they are in the "Ringtones" section of iTunes. And make sure they are 30sec or less and in the right format. I forget what the extension is but it ends with an "r".
If they are not in the right format or end in the right extension then iTunes will not recognize it as a ringtone.
Maybe you are a iPhone user, but no matter what kind of mobile you used, you want to DIY your own ringtone. For example, you want to make the song in the latest movie as your ringtone. But how can you deal with that? Here i will recommend you a handy tool for making your own ringtone.EarthSoft MP3 Cutter Joiner allows you to cut and join the music files freely, and time can be precise to seconds. It enables loading MP3, WAV, WMA and OGG into the software, and converting the files while cutting/joining.
