I don’t have internet on my cell phone (that means no mms messages either) I want some ringtones for it though. If I buy one off the at&t site (I have at&t) will I still get it? Remember! No picture mail or internet access on my cell phone, just unlimited texting.

since you dont have pic messaging,
then its impossible to have it sent,
then
you will need to buy something to load the ringtone on your phone,
a) an example of a usb data cable for your phone

b) a bluetooth adapter (dongle) for computer

c) a memory card reader and an sd card for phone

or, simply buy a memory card (if you don’t have a memory card, install drivers for your pc to recognize the phone)
, connect the data cable, and do this
Download the ringtone to your computer
Connect your usb data cable to your phone
Open your Windows Explorer, or your My Computer Icon
Look for the new driver letter which represents the phone’s memory
Locate the ringtone from Ventones on your hard drive
Drag and Drop it over to your My Sounds or your My Music Folder
Find a good website that provides free ringtones. Download to your PC then send the ringtones to your phone using a data cable or bluetooth.
