to be honest with u i think this phone is garbage i have it also and i cant really do anything that the other phones do i tried going to answer ur question from the phone and it said unsupported content and every time i try to download a ringtone it says unsupported content or media type and i also have tried alot of different sites but on one site it gave me the option to test my phone to make sure it was compatible so i tried and it said there was no info available for this phone the device was not recognized so i dont kno how new this phone is but honestly its almost not worth payin the extra money for the internet I also have a tmobile blackberry and can download ringtones to and send to my friends that have metro pcs and they can save them and use them as ringtones but with this phone u can have someone send them to u but can only save them u cannot use them as a tone cuz it saves to ur sounds but wont show up to allow u to use them as a ringtone but yet u can go to the sites and get wallpaper and images i dont understand this phone so all in all this phone is not worth the money we paid for it
