I got a 1GB mp3 player from The Sharper Image and when i turn it on it just lights up and shows a blank screen. I have tried deleting all the music and putting it back on but it still won’t start up and like load the menu. Can anyone help?

first make sure its charged all the way and then try turning it on (chances are that you have already done that) and if that doesnt work then take it back with the receipt and see if they can exchange it for you.. good luck
