I dont have the internet on my cellphone, beacause I have it on my home computer, so I see no need to have it on my phone as well, so I was looking for any way to get ringtones on my cell phone without that connection. And I dont want to join any clubs, because I dont pay my cell bill, so I dont want any additional costs on the bill, I would like to just be able to use my credit card to purchase the ringtones..Thanks!

Just make your own using an MP3 editor. Then connect your phone to the computer. And use the appropriate program (depends on phone brand) to transfer to your phone.
There are a few services out there that you can pay for ringtones via a prepaid card but because of the nature of the ringtones your phone might need text messaging or an internet connection.
