I downloaded an app and i chose some ring tones from their selection. In their help area it says to open the ring tones tab but i dont have a ring tones tab. It goes Summary Info Apps Music Movies TV Shows Podcasts and Photos. The ringtones tab is supposed to be after music.

I dont find a need to pay for ringtones. And I dont have internet on my phone. Help?
